(1) The Foundation shall have a separate fund and the following amounts shall be in that fund:
(a) Amount received as subsidy from the Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from any foreign government, individual, international organization, etc.,
(c) Funds received from consultancy services and research work from the establishment,
(d) Amounts received from the sale of publications published by the Foundation,
(e) Amount received from other sources.
(2) Before receiving the amount as per clause (b) of sub-section (1), the establishment shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) Funds of the Foundation shall be deposited in an account opened in a bank.
(4) All the expenses incurred in the name of the establishment shall be met from the amount accumulated in the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The fund account of the foundation shall be operated as prescribed.
